Workshop Recipe | Example:

Recipe Red Berry Shake

Biological Red Berry Shake with Spelt Milk, Ginger and Mint

  • 120gr Variety of Biological Red Berries
  • 10gr Ginger peeled and grated
  • 3 Mint leaves
  • Quinoa flakes
  • 200 ml Spelt Milk

Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. If you prefer your shake with a thicker consistence add more red berries and a bit more of the quinoa flakes. Serve chilled or with ice cubes.
